Introduction
============

Simple plotting of cohort matrix from Excel file ``data.xlsx``.
Any other data can be sued as long as it is transformed ino a pandas frame.

Quickstart
----------

1. Create working directory

2. Create virtual environment::

        python -m venv venv

3. Activate ``venv``::

        venv\Scripts\activate

4. Install requirements with ``pip``::

        pip install -r requirements.txt

5. ready to use. ``example.py`` contains the use of the functions, ``main.py`` contain the used functions.
